Big thick cover of woods, with long grassy fields throughout will have the wildlife holding tight. This farm has a lot of diversity to offer, making it a great destination farm for the local wildlife in the area. Even though this is a working cattle farm, I only saw about 20 head of cattle the day of inspection. The cattle actually have a total of 1800 acres to graze on...Property is just East of Osceola and North of Springfield, Missouri.
ATV's & UTV's for deer removal and stand placement only, unless you are elderly or have a hard time walking long distances. The main concept here is to keep the utility vehicles to a minimum to avoid impact on the property.
Leave all gates as you find them.
Food plots are allowed in small sizes and not in an area prone to erosion.
You must keep the property clean at all times / No trash or raw sewage dumping on the property.
There will be a $300 nonrefundable deposit for the electric access immediately upon renewing the leases paid directly to the landowner / Then you will need to pay for all electric usage at the end of deer season and again at the end of turkey season.
Loggers could possibly perform a select cut of the property in 2023.
Keep in mind, the lease can be terminated with no refund if the stipulations are not followed.
